Joshua Jones, MBA, possesses extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at InformData since January 2015. Joshua has held multiple key roles at InformData, including Senior Director of Performance Management Operations, and various director positions focused on operations and quality. Prior to InformData, Joshua worked at Sysco from May 2011 to January 2015 as a Manager in Warehouse Labor Management and Engineering, and at American Background from June 2006 to May 2011 as Operations Manager. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration from Regent University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Grace College & Seminary (1999-2003).
