James E Beeson, MSIS, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in both non-profit and consulting sectors. As the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Noah's Ark Sanctuary for Abused and Abandoned Animals since October 2002, James leads efforts to mitigate cat and dog overpopulation and provide quality care for rescued animals. Previous consulting roles include Senior Consultant positions at Atos and Xerox, where responsibilities encompassed implementation and support of workforce management systems. James also served as UKG Senior Consultant at Infosys and spent several years at Kronos as an Application Consultant, where notable achievements included leading significant upgrades that improved operational efficiency. Further experience includes a Technical Manager role at Mallinckrodt Liebel-Flarsheim Company and Implementation Consultant at ADP. James holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
