Smita J Banjhal is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over 15 years in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as an Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition at Infosys since January 2022, Smita has previously held roles as a Technical Recruiter at FleetPride and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro Limited and IMCS Group.
