Carole Pickens

Carole Pickens is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Governance at Infotech since February 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing contract workflows, risk assessment, compliance education, and acting as a liaison to revenue-generating divisions and the C-suite. Prior to this role, Carole served as Associate Vice President of Operations and Director of Corporate Services at Info Tech, Inc., leading contracts and accounting teams, managing software-related contracts, and conducting risk analyses. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Budget Officer at Conco, Inc. and as an English Instructor at Belle Chasse High School. Carole holds an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and two B.A. degrees in English, Computer Science, and English Education from the University of Central Florida.
