Shasnika DeMel

Shas DeMel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2007, they began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Air Miles. Shas then worked at Aimia Inc, where they held the positions of Key Account Manager for Rewards Programmes and Key Account Manager. During their time there, they achieved significant success in signing new supplier contracts and revising existing contracts to improve merchandise delivery.

In 2015, Shas joined The Entertainer FZ LLC as a Corporate Account Manager - B2B. Shas managed key accounts such as MasterCard, HSBC, and Du Telecom, and successfully project managed the development and execution of the company's digital loyalty platform.

In 2016, they worked as a Freelancer, specializing in digital marketing. Shas then joined InfoTrust in 2017 as a Digital Analytics Consultant, where they helped clients deploy web/app analytics systems and consulted organizations on leveraging digital data. Shas was later promoted to Lead Digital Analytics Consultant, and their responsibilities included applying data science and machine learning techniques to help businesses achieve ROI.

Shas DeMel completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, from 2004 to 2005. Later, Shas pursued a Master's degree in Management Analytics from Queen's University, from 2019 to 2020. Shas also obtained additional certifications, including the Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in August 2020, the Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer certification from Google in July 2021, and the Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification from Google Cloud in February 2023.
