Sushma Joshi

Sushma Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Sushma currently holds the position of Director Communication & Branding at InfoVision Inc. Since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Symantec from 2007 to 2020, where they served in various roles including Senior Manager Employee Communications and Experience. In this role, they were responsible for global content strategy, communication consulting, and fostering innovation within the India engineering product groups. Sushma also demonstrated their passion for diversity and inclusion through their involvement in various initiatives such as championing women in technology, chairing the Complaints Committee to Prevent and Deal with Sexual Harassment, and serving as a mentor and coach. Before Symantec, they worked as a Corporate Communication Manager at Persistent Systems from 2005 to 2007, as a Communication Consultant at Nihilent Technologies from 2003 to 2004, as a Branch Manager at Yen Communications from 1998 to 2002, and as a Sub Editor at Maharashtra Herald from 1989 to 1991.

Sushma Joshi has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Savitribai Phule Pune University, with a focus on media and mass communication. Sushma also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Kolkata, specializing in English (Hons).
