Scott McGinnis

Scott McGinnis began their career in 1988 as a Corpsman in the US Navy. In 2001, they joined the Human Motion Institute as a Regional Director and Management Consultant. In 2005, they became the Service Line Director for Orthopaedics and Neurosciences at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In 2009, they joined CareLogistics (formerly StatCom) as an Executive Advisor and Senior Consultant. In 2011, they joined Gallup as an Advanced Consultant and Strategic Account Manager. In 2015, they joined North Highland as an Associate Vice President of Healthcare Strategy Consulting and was later promoted to Principal Healthcare Strategy Consultant. In 2022, they joined InfoWorks, Inc. as Vice President, responsible for leading their Management Consulting and Operational Strategy services.

Scott McGinnis earned their MBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale where they obtained a B.S. in Healthcare Administration between 1993 and 1996.
