Sheetal Bhanot Shetty is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Infra.Market. Sheetal has previously held the positions of Senior Vice President- Group HR at Edelweiss Financial Services, Head : Human Resources - South Asia at IMS Health, and Director Human Resources - Ginger Hotels at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Ms. Shetty has also worked as a Manager - Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson and ESAB INDIA LIMITED. Prior to their current role, they were the Head - Human Resources at Intrex India - Zee Group. Ms. Shetty began their career as a Research Scholar / Faculty for Management at the University of Mumbai.

Sheetal Bhanot Shetty has a degree in research methodology and statistics from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Sheetal also has a master's degree in industrial psychology and organisational behaviour from the Department of Applied Psychology. Sheetal holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from SIES College.
