Kim Deglaitis has extensive experience in steel manufacturing, holding the title of Operations Superintendent and Site Services Superintendent at Onesteel since November 1982. In these roles, Kim is responsible for overseeing operational functions at the melt shop, ensuring safety, managing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
