We are currently looking to add new Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to our America Sales Team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will focus on generating new opportunities for our Slingshot digital workplace solution. The ISR will drive results through excellent prospecting and lead follow up skills along with outstanding teamwork.
This position is 100% WFH, but can also be hybrid if candidate lives within commuting distance to our HQ office in Cranbury, NJ.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Goal oriented, highly motivated, with a persistent mindset.
Driven to succeed and earn significant commissions in this no cap commission environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure a plus.
Must possess excellent communication skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
Proficient with the MS Office suite.
Preferred 1+ years’ successful experience in software inside sales.
A basic understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers; SalesForce, LinkedIn, chat experience is a plus.
