Susanne Nygård

Susanne Nygård has over 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and engineering roles. Susanne began their career in 1988 as a Systems Engineer for Application Development and Migration at Datacity Information Systems. Susanne then moved to IBM in 1990, where they held various roles including Client Manager, Systems Engineer for zSeries & iSeries Sales and Marketing, and Enterprise Sales Manager, Software Finland. In 2021, they were appointed Sales Director at Cuckoo, and in 2022 they became Vice President of Sales at Infrakit.

Susanne Nygård's education history includes a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Åbo Akademi University from 1983 to 1988. Susanne obtained a Foundation Certificate for IT Service Management (ITIL) from the APM Group in April 2008. Susanne attended the Business Summit class at Boston University in 2013 and the Advanced Sales Management Leadership course at Boston University in 2012. Susanne also obtained the IBM Certified Senior Manager in September 2020, Cloud&Cognitive Patterns in September 2017, Breakthrough Value Leadership in February 2017, Summit in October 2013, and Advanced Sales Leadership in April 2012. In 2015, they completed the Growth Accelerator Program at Hanken & SSE Executive Education and in 2021, they are currently enrolled in Business Administration and Management, General at Aalto University.
