Yulia Matiash

Yulia Matiash has held several positions in the past decade. In 2008, they were a Verification Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where they processed documents on getting the credit, controlled correctness of the filled in documents, and made decisions on credit approval according to bank procedures. In 2009, they became a Supervisor of project of Call Center at Studio Moderna, where they prepared information for Call Center operators, taught new Call Center operators, and listened and discussed Call Center operators' speeches with further recommendations. In 2010, Yulia Matiash joined Ukrsibbank as a Finance Consultant, where they ensured the smooth running of basic banking transactions, looked after the short term and long-term funding requirements of business clients and individual customers, and advised clients on mortgages and raising loans. From 2012 to 2015, Yulia Matiash worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mail.ru Group, where they organized office and assisted associates in ways that optimized procedures, scheduled and planned meetings and appointments, monitored level of supplies and handled shortages, resolved office-related malfunctions and responded to requests or issues, coordinated with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies, maintained trusted relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues, handled office tasks, and provided real-time scheduling support. Finally, from 2015 to present, Yulia Matiash has been working as a People Associate at Infrascale, where they track attendance including annual leave and sick leave, tracks the co-working payment, and tracks taxes/insurance/remuneration payments, assisting in disputes with same.

Yulia Matiash obtained a Specialist's degree in International Economics from the National Aviation University between 2005 and 2010.
