Marc has operated for 30 years in senior leadership CxO positions, internationally, for both blue chip and SME organisations. His areas of expertise are in mission-oriented transformation, corporate turnaround, and organisational performance and continuous improvement. He has successfully contributed to the turnaround and successful growth of many complex organisations spanning numerous sectors including engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, clean energy, logistics, transport, health, pharma, aerospace, air travel, telecoms, innovation & tech and he now brings the best of all worlds to his position in government, as a commercial advisor for the transformation of government programmes within the Cabinet Office. He is also a board member and active ambassador of the University of Birmingham Business School. He supports passionately several organisations, people and communities within Birmingham and the Midlands, and actively contributes to the professional ecosystems within the region.
