Tim Gentle

Tim Gentle has been in the IT industry since 2012, when they began as the General Manager of Australian IT Services Pty Ltd. Tim'sprimary roles included Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing and Service Development. In 2018, they joined AFCOM as the Sydney Chapter Board Member (President), where they helped Sydney data centre and IT infrastructure professionals build relationships with peers and learn from industry experts. In 2019, they joined Infrastructure Masons as an Australian Chapter Committee Member (Education Committee Lead).

Tim Gentle attended Waverley College from 1973 to 1981. Tim then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of New England (AU) in 2001. Most recently, in 2018 they completed a Data Centre Technician Course at DCPRO in Data Centre Operations.
