Tim Engel

Tim Engel has worked in various companies with significant roles in management and program operations. Tim started their career in 2001 as a Cryptologic Technician Collection in the US Navy where they obtained a top-secret national security clearance. Tim worked for Commercial Metals Company as a Transportation Manager, Logistics and Environmental, Shredder Supervisor, and Management Systems Facilitator. Tim then joined Harris CapRock Communications as a Service Delivery Manager, Regional Service Manager, and Program Manager. In Speedcast, they held the position of Senior Manager of Service Management, Senior Program Manager, Director of Program Management, and Program Manager - Energy. Tim currently works as an Enterprise Sales personnel in Infrastructure Networks. Throughout their experience, they have managed multi-region teams, key Energy accounts, ensured contractual obligations and customer satisfaction, and implemented Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodology for facility processes.
