Renee Laforet

Senior Vice President, Transformation at Infrastructure Ontario

Renee Laforet has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Renee is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Transformation at Infrastructure Ontario since 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Energize to Actualize, a coaching and mentoring organization.

Renee has also worked in the public sector, specifically at the City of Toronto as the Interim Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Chief Technology Officer, where they led technology services delivery and modernization efforts. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, including Chief Information Officer and Assistant Deputy Minister, where they oversaw the Government Services Integration Cluster and led initiatives to enable IT solutions for partner ministries.
