Paul Ridley-Smith

Paul was appointed Chair of the Manawa Energy Board (previously Trustpower) in January 2016 and is also an independent director of listed rest home operator, Arvida Group. Paul worked at Morrison & Co from 1998-2011 where he covered Legal and was instrumental in a number of Infratil’s investments and involved with several Boards, including Wellington International Airport, iSite Media and Snapper. Paul re-joined Morrison & Co in November 2015 after several years as General Counsel for Contact Energy.
