Kezia B. Sangkay

Kezia B. Sangkay has a diverse work experience with various roles in talent acquisition and program coordination. Kezia started their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Assistant at California State University, Long Beach, where they handled recruitment efforts and payroll tasks. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Case Manager at Maximus, followed by a role as a Housing Aide I at the City of Long Beach from 2016 to 2017. Kezia then transitioned to the role of Career Coach at Goodwill of Southern Los Angeles County, where they implemented the Goodwill Job Readiness program. Kezia joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire in 2018 as a Destination Future Career Specialist, providing career coaching and designing career exploration workshops for high school students. In 2020, they became a Program Coordinator at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Before their current role, they worked as a Talent Coordinator and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lumious, before joining Infusion for Health in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Kezia B. Sangkay obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Academic Advising from Kansas State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Family Life Education from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Kezia obtained several certifications in the field of human resources, including "Become a Tech Recruiter" and "Become a Corporate Recruiter" from LinkedIn in May 2022 and February 2022, respectively. Kezia also obtained a Diploma in Human Resources (HR) and completed courses on "Modern Human Resource Management - Recruitment and Selection Process," "Talent Sourcing," "Human Resources Foundations," and "Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding" from Alison - Empower Yourself and LinkedIn in February 2022 and January 2022, respectively.
