Megan Kelperis

Megan Kelperis has a long history of work experience in human resources. Megan began their career in 2010 as a Recruiter for THINK Together. In 2012, they moved on to become a Human Resources Generalist for American Career College/West Coast University. In 2014, they took the role of Human Resources Manager for ALPHAEON Corporation a Strathspey Crown company. In 2016, they moved to Glaukos Corporation where they served as Human Resources Manager. From 2017 to 2022, they held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources and Sr. Human Resources Director for HydraFacial. Megan currently serves as Vice President of People for Infusion for Health.

Megan Kelperis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and African-American Studies from California State University, Fullerton between 2007 and 2012. Megan then went on to earn a Master of Applied Leadership & Management from Arizona State University between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified EQi (Emotional Intelligence) Analyst from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), a Certified Leadership & Service Trainer from MHI Global, and a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index.
