Rick Morales

Rick Morales has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Rick began their career in 2000 as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. In 2002, they moved to Koch Capital Markets as an Operations Analyst. In 2003, they joined US Oncology, where they held multiple roles including Associate Director of Business Development, Corporate Strategy Manager, Associate Director of Hospital Joint Ventures, and Senior Financial Analyst. In 2011, they moved to McKesson Specialty Health as the Director of Business Development. In 2019, they joined McKesson as the Vice President of Multi-Specialty Infusion Businesses. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Infusion for Health as the Senior Vice President of Provider Engagement, where they oversee all aspects of provider-facing growth initiatives, including sales and marketing functions, as well as managing manufacturer partner relationships.

Rick Morales attended Texas A&M University - Mays Business School from 1997 to 2000, where they earned both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems.
