Mariana Rosendo

Mariana Rosendo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mariana is currently working as the Head of People Talent at Infuy since May 2021. Prior to this, they were responsible for the Development and Management of the Human Development and Sustainability Department at Fidocar from April 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Coordinator at The Electric Factory from August 2013 to March 2020.

In their earlier career, Mariana worked as an Assistant in Human Resource Management at Saceem from May 2011 to August 2013. Mariana also briefly worked as an International Purchasing Supervisor at Westac Power Limited in 2011. Mariana gained administrative experience as an Assistant to the General Management and Human Resources at Jetmar Viajes from September 2008 to October 2010.

Moreover, they worked as an HR Assistant at DHL from April 2007 to June 2008. Prior to that, they served as an Account Assistant at Mapfre from March 2005 to April 2007, where they handled tasks related to accounting and account management. Mariana started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Ariceta & Asociados Consultores en Gestión Humana from March 2004 to March 2005. Additionally, they gained experience as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation from September 2000 to March 2004.

Mariana Rosendo has demonstrated a strong background in human resources, talent management, development, and administrative roles throughout their career.

Mariana Rosendo obtained a Licenciada en Dirección de Empresas degree in RRHH from Universidad Catolica del Uruguay between the years 2003-2010. In 2012, they received a Diploma in dirección estratégica de RRHH and became a Técnico en RRHH from ADM. In 2016-2018, Mariana obtained a Certification in Coaching Ontologico from SbS team. In 2022, they became a member of DCH Uruguay through DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano.
