Sharma Shahin

Sharma Shahin has been in the Human Resources field since 1997, when they began their career as a Dy Manager-HR at SHCIL SERVICES LTD. In 2005, they moved to BenQ as a Manager HR, and then to BACS in 2006 as a Sr Manager, Learning & Leadership Development, BA Continuum India. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as an HR Consultant and freelance corporate trainer. In 2020, they joined infyni as VP Operations & Human Resources and Luminatiq - Consulting | Technology | Digital as a Senior Consultant.

Sharma Shahin began their educational journey at Stewart School in Cuttack. They then attended Air Force Bal Bharti School in New Delhi, where they earned their 12th degree. Finally, Sharma Shahin completed their MMS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at K J Somaiya Institute of Management in 1993.
