Head Of Digital Acquisition And Marketing Effectiveness at ING Bank Australia

Chips Villanueva has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. They started their career at Dragon Edge Group as an Assistant Brand Manager and later became a Brand Manager for the company's personal care category. They also served as the Brand Manager for Watsons Personal Care Stores, where they were responsible for overall brand portfolio and development.

Following that, Chips joined Smart Communications, Inc. as the Head of Mobile Internet, Content & Partnerships for Smart Prepaid. They also worked as a Product Manager for the same company.

In 2018, Chips moved to ING Philippines, where they held the roles of AVP | Branding and Campaigns and later promoted to VP | Head of Marketing, Sales and Distribution. During their tenure, they were in charge of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as developed and implemented the digital marketing strategy for the company.

Currently, Chips is serving as an Expert Lead for Digital Acquisition and Marketing Effectiveness at ING Australia.

From 2004 to 2008, Chips Villanueva attended Ateneo de Manila University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics.
