Fiona Geddes

Fiona joined ING in March 2022, bringing more than 20 years' experience in banking and financial services. Her career has spanned transformation, strategy, risk management and operations across senior leadership roles at CBA, Westpac and AMP.

Fiona has a proven track record in defining and executing large transformation programs to improve the customer experience. She has experience in optimizing operations, managing large and complex projects and delivering more simple and efficient customer processes.

In previous roles, Fiona led aspects of the programs responding to APRA's enforceable undertakings to improve risk management, culture and customer outcomes. She has also spent time running transformation offices, risk and control functions and operational support.

Fiona holds Bachelor Degrees in both Commerce and Science and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
