Alessandra Dantone

Alessandra Dantone has a work experience spanning over 15 years. Alessandra started their career at Banca Mediolanum in 2005 as a Back Office Cards Agent, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined ING Italia as a Business Analyst and held that position for 10 years. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Business Analyst Supervisor, responsible for managing functional analysis and project changes. Currently, Alessandra works as the Business Chapter Lead for Current Account and Cards within Retail Daily Banking Tribe at ING Italia, where they are in charge of people growth, business performance, and strategic development.

Alessandra Dantone obtained a maturità scientifica sperimentale from Liceo Scientifico A. Einstein in the years 1993-1998. Alessandra then pursued their education at Università degli Studi di Siena, earning a degree in economia delle istituzioni e dei mercati finanziari from 1999-2003.
