Krzysztof Sijka

Krzysztof Sijka serves as the Global KYC RCR Remediation Governance and Standards Lead at ING since December 2020, overseeing a team of experts and business analysts to ensure adherence to standards across the RCR Remediation team. In addition, Krzysztof leads the Global TM Optimisation Country Engagement Circle, managing project managers and business analysts in planning and executing optimization activities. A Global KYC Risk, Control and Remediation Area Lead at ING Hubs Poland since January 2022, Krzysztof fosters a supportive environment for global teams. Previous roles include Senior Manager at HSBC, overseeing AML transaction monitoring controls and strategic initiatives in Europe, as well as project management positions at Citi and AltVision. Krzysztof holds a Master of Science in Computer Aided Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw School of Information Technology.
