Shannon Shuemake

Shannon Shuemake currently serves as the Global Head of Talent & Learning at ING, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Shuemake worked as the Group Head of Culture & Engagement at the London Stock Exchange Group, focusing on cultural integration following the acquisition of Refinitiv. At Refinitiv, the position of Global Head of Talent, Leadership & Inclusion involved driving cultural transformation during significant corporate transitions. Shuemake’s previous experience includes leadership roles in talent management at CEB (now Gartner) and GEICO, alongside establishing leadership development functions at SThree. With a foundation in consultancy and development from OPM Group and earlier roles at Victim Support and ICF, education includes a Master of Arts in Sociology from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication.
