Wladmir Ramos Silva has over 20 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Wladmir most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at inGen Dynamics Inc., where they were responsible for creating smart solutions using AI and robotics technology. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor and Consultant at Workplace Accelerator, where they focused on HR tech and talent management tools.

Wladmir also held senior leadership positions at Grace Blue Partnership, where they served as the Chief Development Officer & Head of Consumer for the APAC region, and at DHR International, where they were the Managing Partner for APAC & ME. Wladmir successfully managed teams and implemented business development plans in these roles.

Before that, Wladmir worked at Odgers Berndtson as a Partner and Head of Consumer & Retail in Southeast Asia, and at The Gap Partnership as Global Clients Director for Asia. Wladmir Ramos Silva has an extensive education history. Wladmir started their academic journey in 1991 at the Universidade de Pernambuco, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1996. Later, in 2008, they pursued an MBA at Cranfield School of Management. Currently, from 2019 to 2023, Wladmir is enrolled at Singapore Management University, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Wladmir has also obtained certifications. In October 2021, they achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Prior to that, in September 2021, they became a member of ICF by obtaining the ICF Member certification.
