Fernanda B. Pinchetti

Fernanda B. Pinchetti has an extensive work experience in HR and talent management roles. Fernanda started their career as an HR Manager at Monsanto Brazil in 1999 and worked there until 2012. Fernanda then joined AkzoNobel as the Brazil HR Director from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Whirlpool Latin America as the Organizational Development & Business Partner Director from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, they became the HR Director - Latin America at Ingenico and held the position until 2019. Fernanda later served as the Head of HR Americas at Ingenico from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Global Talent Management and Learning at Ingenico, where they successfully managed the change of talent management process and learning tools after the acquisition by Private Equity group Apollo. Fernanda also led the process of defining company values and built the company's leadership model for new business transformation needs.

Fernanda B. Pinchetti pursued a degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Louis University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, between 1995 and 1999.
