Ken Wan Lee has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Ken Wan is currently working as a Test Team Lead at Worldline Merchant Services since October 2021. Prior to this, from February 2021, they worked as a Lead Software Test Engineer and also served as a Contract Test Analyst at Ingenico. Ken also had a significant role at Ingenico Group, where they worked as a Lead Tester from April 2018 to October 2020. Ken Wan fulfilled various responsibilities, including providing support to the development team and customers UAT Team, maintaining system configurations, and performing testing on payment methods. Ken gained experience as a Software Test Engineer and Contracted Software Test Engineer during their tenure at Ingenico Group from November 2014 to October 2020.

Before their roles at Ingenico, Ken worked at TRC Family Entertainment Limited as an Associate Audio Producer from February 2014 to August 2014. Ken Wan was responsible for providing production support to the Audio Team and maintaining communication and awareness of deliverables. Ken also worked as a QA Tester, testing the WishingTooth IP for both mobile and PC platforms, and as a Contracted QA Tester at Bossa Studios, testing Merlin the Game.

Ken's earliest work experience dates back to 2006 when they began working at Jagex as a Player Support Representative. Ken Wan later became a QA Software Tester, primarily testing FunOrb and Runescape and creating test suites for various platforms, including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Ken also briefly served as an ICU (Investigation in the Community) Player Support Representative during their time at Jagex.

Ken Wan Lee obtained a BSc in Computing Science from Stirling University in the years 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Bishopbriggs High School from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Mathematics, Geography, Computing Science, Physics, Accounting & Finance, and Modern Studies. Ken Wan also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Praxis42, LinkedIn, and the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
