Michel Lafon-Puyo

Michel Lafon-Puyo has a background in embedded software engineering and has worked for multiple companies. Michel started their career at Adeneo in 2005 as an Engineer and Software Developer, specializing in embedded software development. Michel then moved to Mediane Système in 2008, where they continued their work as an Engineer and Software Developer in embedded systems. In 2011, they joined S.I.S.E as a Software Engineer and Embedded Architect, focusing on embedded software architecture. Lafon-Puyo joined Ingenico in 2014 and held various roles, including Chief System Architect, Head of Strategic Projects, and Director of Products and Solutions Security. In their most recent role at Ingenico, they were responsible for product and solution security. Lafon-Puyo's responsibilities included defining software architectures for payment terminal platforms, coordinating software development with subsidiaries, collaborating with marketing and R&D teams, and addressing security constraints.

Michel Lafon-Puyo earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lycée Théophile Gautier from 1997 to 2000. Michel then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2000 to 2005.
