Raquel Cury has been the Head of Customer Operations LATAM at Ingenico since November 2018. Raquel manages a team of over 70 employees and is responsible for LATAM B2B and B2C operations, as well as Supply Chain, Repair, and Logistics. Prior to this, from September 2016 to November 2018, they worked as Sr Manager Supply Chain at Padtec S/A, where they managed a team of 10 employees and was responsible for managing suppliers in the Logistics Chain.
