Raquel Cury

Raquel Cury has been the Head of Customer Operations LATAM at Ingenico since November 2018. Raquel manages a team of over 70 employees and is responsible for LATAM B2B and B2C operations, as well as Supply Chain, Repair, and Logistics. Prior to this, from September 2016 to November 2018, they worked as Sr Manager Supply Chain at Padtec S/A, where they managed a team of 10 employees and was responsible for managing suppliers in the Logistics Chain. From August 2015 to December 2016, Raquel was a Partner at WChic, where they focused on cash flow management, financial forecasting, and treasury and account management. Before that, from May 2005 to August 2015, they worked as Sr Manager Supply Chain at Lenovo, managing a multicultural team of up to 30 employees and responsible for inventory control in Brazil. Raquel's career began at IBM Brazil in July 2004, where they worked as an Offshore Operations Coordinator, ensuring customer support for Latin America and coordinating customer contracts.

Raquel Cury's education history includes obtaining an MBA in People Management and Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas in 2003.
