Bill Jaynes

Bill Jaynes has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Bill began their career in 1997 as a Senior Principal Instructor at PeopleSoft. In 2006, they moved to Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division, where they served as a Senior Education Consultant. In 2008, they joined Oracle as a Senior Principal Instructor. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Ingenious Med as an Application Analyst, where they lead efforts to build client environment in anticipation of application launch, performs validation of setup to ensure quality delivery, and participates in project planning with Program and Project Managers and Implementation Consultant to understand the desired application configuration and UAT/training/go-live plan. Bill also serves as a Senior Trainer.

Bill Jaynes completed their Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1986. In 2021, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma. In 2022, they earned their Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
