Noelle Bugaj

Noelle Bugaj is the Destination Zero Program Manager at Ingenium. Noelle also holds the title of Founder and CEO at JAM - Joining All Musicians and Founder at Small Acts. Previously, Noelle worked as a Zero Waste Community Engagement Specialist at the City of Austin and as Organics Recycling Department Manager at Organics "By Gosh." Noelle also has experience as an Operations Director at ABA Connect and Scheduler at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
