Jeane Beaumont Lapointe

Jeane Beaumont Lapointe has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Jeane started their career in 2009 as a private trainer at Énergie Cardio and later worked as an instructor for Cardio Plein Air Inc. In 2013, they worked as a receptionist and medical secretary at Clinique du PEPS, Université Laval, and also gained experience as an assistant coordinator for Sports Loisirs L'Ormière.

In 2015, Jeane had a brief internship in human resources at Sports Loisirs L'Ormière before joining Germico as a human resources consultant in 2016. Jeane further expanded on their HR expertise as an assistant proofreader at FSA ULaval, where they evaluated and supported course materials related to strategic human resource management.

Since 2016, Jeane has been working at INGENO as the Director of Talent & Culture. In this role, they have been responsible for various programs and processes related to organizational development, recruitment, compensation, employee well-being, skills development, and labor relations. Jeane has also been a strategic partner, change agent, and leader for the organization.

In 2019, Jeane became a member of the La Maison des Leaders community, where they actively participated until September 2021.

Jeane Beaumont Lapointe has a diverse education history. Jeane attended Université Laval from 2013 to 2015, where they completed a Baccalauréat en Administration des Affaires (BAA) with a focus on Gestion des ressources humaines (Human Resource Management).

In 2015, Jeane briefly studied at FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences, specializing in International business and management, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree from this institution.

Earlier, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Certificat général en sciences sociales at Université Laval, focusing on Enseignement de l'éducation physique et à la santé (Physical Education and Health Teaching). Jeane completed 90 out of 120 credits towards a Baccalauréat degree in this field.

Jeane's education journey began at the College Mérici from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences de la nature, specializing in Sports-études (Sports Studies).

In addition to their formal education, Jeane obtained a certification in conditionnement physique et entraînement privé (Physical Fitness and Private Training) from Ataraxia in November 2009, earning the CPEP - 1 certification.
