Dominique Doucette, CRHA, has a diverse work experience in the field of Talent and Culture. Dominique currently works at INGENO as a Conseillère Talent et Culture. Prior to that, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Humanify, where they managed multiple recruitment projects across various industries. Dominique also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eddyfi Technologies, where they developed and implemented comprehensive recruitment strategies and conducted the full recruitment cycle.

Before entering the talent acquisition field, Dominique worked as a Workforce Planning Consultant at Groupe F. Dufresne and gained experience in recruitment at Proxima Centauri. Dominique also served as a Development Agent at Société Culturelle de la Baie-des-Chaleurs.

Dominique Doucette, CRHA has a diverse education history. In 2014, they started their academic journey at Université Laval, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Relations Industrielles, specializing in industrial relations. Dominique successfully completed their degree in 2017.

During the same year, Dominique also attended ASP construction and obtained a certification in "Cours Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction," which focused on workplace safety and health technology.

In 2021, Dominique continued their education at Université Laval, enrolling in a Microprogramme de deuxième cycle en créativité, innovations et leadership des ressources humaines. This program covered the administration and management of human resources. Dominique completed this microprogram in 2022.

Dominique's pursuit of knowledge did not stop there. In 2023, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Online to enhance their communication skills. There, they pursued a degree in "Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking," specializing in the art and sciences.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dominique also holds certifications that further demonstrate their commitment to professional growth. In 2017, they obtained the certification "Stratégies et Leviers pour recruter et fidéliser les talents" from the Ministère d'emploi et de la solidarité sociale du Québec. Furthermore, in the same year, they received the certification "LinkedIn et Facebook : recruter et sourcer efficacement" from Proxima Centauri.
