Riana Ward

Riana Ward serves as the After School Director at Ingenuity Prep since July 2024, focusing on developing and implementing after-school and summer programs that enhance academic, social, and emotional growth. Previously, Riana held the position of Assistant Principal at Zeta Charter Schools from January 2024 to July 2024, leading the Specialty department and ensuring high curriculum standards. Riana's experience also includes serving as Specials Manager at Classical Charter Schools, where responsibilities included managing extracurricular teachers, developing curriculum, and conducting data analysis to improve student outcomes. In earlier roles, Riana directed a basketball program at Success Academy Charter Schools and served as Youth Program Director at Kids in the Game, demonstrating a consistent commitment to leadership and program development in educational settings. Riana holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Mercy University and an Associate of Science in Physical Education from Erie Community College.
