Michel POINSIGNON has extensive experience in the engineering and infrastructure sector, currently serving as Directeur délégué within the Unité Infrastructures Ville et Transport at INGEROP since 2000, where responsibilities include operational excellence and oversight of the Ouvrages et Infrastructures Durables unit. Previous roles include project leadership and committee membership, with a background as an Ingénieur d’études at SETEC from 1997 to 2000 and as an Ingénieur structure at JEAN MULLER INTERNATIONAL, where involvement included the design of the Bang Na - Bang Pakong viaduct in Thailand. Michel POINSIGNON holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie civil from CentraleSupélec, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
