Joseph Halgas

Joseph Halgas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Electrical Systems Engineer at Ingersoll Rand, Joseph focuses on precision fastening tool controllers within the Electric Tools division. Prior roles include Lead Radar Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, overseeing radar systems for defense programs, and Senior Engineering Manager at CommScope and ARRIS, where Joseph managed teams to develop product requirements for various consumer electronics.
