Dawn Oram

Dawn Oram has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 1989 to 1996, they worked as a Human Resources Lead at Halliburton NUS Corporation. Following that, they held various roles at US Pharmacopeia, starting as a Senior Human Resources Associate in 1996 and progressing to become the Director/Senior Director of Global Total Rewards. In 2021, they became the Head of Global People and Culture at US Pharmacopeia. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant for a brief period before joining Ingevity in 2023 as the Head of People Technology & HR Operations.

Dawn Oram has a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Technology from Hood College. Dawn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Towson University. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Towson University.
