Carmen Quijada is an experienced technology leader with a significant background in application development and engineering, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Engineering at Ingram Micro since November 2015. In this role, Carmen Quijada oversees application and software support, development, and vendor management for global technology solutions, acting as the primary liaison for projects from inception to delivery. Previous positions include roles at QBE Insurance, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Technology for Financial Institutions to Senior Manager of Technical Design & Delivery, focusing on the alignment of IT with business strategies and ensuring optimal technology delivery. With earlier experience at Glide Foundation, ePeople, Inc., and Caredata.com, coupled with advanced education including a Master’s in International Social Development from UNSW and certification as a Scrum Master, Carmen Quijada brings a comprehensive skill set to technology management.
