Iqbal Rahmadhan

Iqbal Rahmadhan is a Business Intelligence Analyst currently supporting business operations and transformation for the ASEAN & HK regions at Ingram Micro since September 2024. Prior to this role, Iqbal worked at Glints for three years, initially as a Staff Data Analyst in recruitment services, where collaboration with product teams enhanced internal tools using advanced data techniques. As a Senior Data Analyst in Regional Business Operations, Iqbal optimized recruitment services through statistical analysis of historical data. Iqbal’s experience also includes roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Glints and a Software Analytics Sales Engineer at Matahari Group, where advanced analytics and machine learning were leveraged for client solutions. Early career experiences include positions as a Data Science Intern at AI Collective and as a Laboratory Assistant and Assistant Lecturer at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Iqbal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
