Laura Wells

Laura Wells (Nutis) is a Principal Technologist at Ingredion Incorporated since May 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Technologist. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Development & Applications Scientist at ADM from July 2016 to June 2023, as well as various positions ranging from Flavor Creation Technician to Product Development & Applications Associate Scientist. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as a Sales/Production Associate at UDairy Creamery and held internships at Ingredion and Rutgers University, focusing on technical support and food microbiology research, respectively. Laura holds a Master of Business & Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Delaware.
