Joshua Hedglin

Joshua Hedglin is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in label and business development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Virgin Music Group since June 2018, Joshua leads the Ingrooves Dance/Electronic Department, focusing on revenue growth, client retention, and marketing strategies. Joshua also works as General Manager at Dumb Unit Records, overseeing production and marketing plans for digital and physical releases while managing label and artist relationships. Prior to these roles, Joshua held significant positions at Beatport and engaged in various consulting and research roles, including a Foreign Policy Consultant. Educational credentials include an MSc in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Westminster College.
