Steven Westley

Steven Westley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steven began their career as an English Teacher for the UK JET Programme from 1999 to 2001. Steven then worked as a Trading Systems Analyst/IT at Bloomberg from 2001 to 2005. In 2007, they joined Ashurst as a Trainee Solicitor until 2009. Steven subsequently worked at Barclays Capital as a Solicitor from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2022, they served as the VP of Legal & Business Affairs at Universal Music Group, handling matters related to IP, AI, and acquisitions. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Legal & Business Affairs at Ingrooves Music Group starting in 2022.

Steven Westley attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 1994 to 1997, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. Steven then pursued a Master's degree in Diplomacy at SOAS University of London from 1997 to 1998. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Steven attended BPP Law School, where they studied Law and obtained a degree in LPC and GDL.
