Alejandro Cordon

Alejandro Cordon is a seasoned professional in human resources and logistics with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Gerente de Talento Humano & Logística GT at Can Am Centroamericana since April 2021, Alejandro also holds the position of Gerente General at CCILU Guatemala since November 2015, where responsibilities include business development, sales, and marketing strategies. Additionally, Alejandro is the Jefe de Departamento de Asistencia Turística at INGUAT, overseeing tourist assistance in Guatemala. Previous roles include Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Carrillo y Asociados, where talent management and organizational development were key focuses, and Subgerente de Recursos Humanos at the Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria, managing HR budgets and recruitment processes.
