Janine Hellwig

Janine Hellwig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital communication and public administration. Currently serving as Senior Lead Content Managerin at ]init[ AG für digitale Kommunikation since March 2023, Janine previously held various positions at the Bundesministerium für Gesundheit from May 2016 to March 2023, including Projektmanagerin responsible for implementing digital accessibility and Teamleiterin overseeing a department of over 20 staff members. Janine also managed public relations and social media projects, contributing to the relaunch of the BMG website and initiating the ministry's presence on Facebook and Twitter. Earlier roles include project management at the Bundeskanzleramt and the Bundesministerium des Innern, where Janine gained foundational expertise in public relations and IT. Janine holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and two Bachelor's degrees in Media Technology and International Media Informatics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
