Margot Paulick

Margot Paulick has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry. Margot currently holds the position of Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Initial Therapeutics, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Scientist of Medicinal Chemistry at the same company from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Initial Therapeutics, Margot worked at DICE Therapeutics as a Scientist II of Chemistry from 2018 to 2021. Margot also served as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Union College from 2011 to 2018.
