Ivelisse Marrero Bou has extensive experience in client advisory, management, and operations, currently serving as the Director at Initiative. Previous roles include Vice President and Account Director at Zenith, along with various leadership positions such as Associate Director and Connections Associate Director. Prior to Zenith, Ivelisse held roles including Communications Manager and Senior Communications Analyst at MEC, as well as Senior Media Planner/Buyer at MPG. Ivelisse holds a B.A. in Advertising from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and participated in an exchange program focused on Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business.
