Melissa Gordon-Ring

Melissa Gordon-Ring currently serves as Global President of IPG Mediabrands Health, a position held since August 2024, and also holds the role of Global President at Initiative since September 2022. Previous experience includes serving as EVP, Managing Director at Starcom from March 2019 to September 2022, and as Group Account Director at PHD from March 2012 to 2019, with responsibilities including client leadership for major brands such as Kohler and PPG. Additional roles spanned from Senior Partner at MEC to VP positions at Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare and Initiative, along with foundational experience at MPG/Jordan McGrath Case & Partners. Melissa Gordon-Ring graduated from Brandeis University in 1997.
